Pansophy Advisors is an IT advisory firm, focused on assisting clients on information technology governance and application development sourcing. Pansophy Advisors was spun off from Pansophy Solutions in 2007. Pansophy Solutions, which was founded in early 1998 and headquartered in Hyderabad, India enjoyed rapid market acceptance and brought forward a powerful set of software applications that helped many of its clients address their intranet infrastructure. Collaboration was at the heart of every Pansophy applications; driven by Lotus Domino server, these applications helped seamless sharing of knowledge across the enterprise.

We work with client, understand their businesses and then proceed to the next step. By doing so, we assure that the client is getting the best possible solution to their issues.
We work more on the technology governance frameworks, and less on the technology itself. Our frameworks help us evaluate organizational technology effectiveness. Investors, executives, customers and other stake holders all ask the same question: Do the technology investments really work? It's a fair question, but with a complicated answer. The hype surrounding computer technology and its applications is reminiscent of the introduction of technologies throughout history - big promises, many disappointments, some unintended consequences, some disastrous effects and very few success stories. Presently, there is no consistent framework used to study and explain this phenomenon. Clearly the question of technology effectiveness requires us to be clear in what results we seek, how we measure success, and how we define effectiveness. IT governance is still in infancy. As per the IT Governance Institute, a good IT governance should encompass the strategic alignment of the IT processes with the business objectives, the delivery of value to the business, ensuring that all risks are addressed and ensuring that IT is managed effectively and efficiently.
